  • No card storage: Puerto Plaza Hotel & Shops does not store or process debit or credit card numbers on its own servers.
  • Certified Gateways: All payment processing or guarantee authorizations are redirected or conducted directly through audited payment gateways complying with Central Bank of the Dominican Republic and Superintendence of Banks regulations (PCI-DSS compliance).
  • Authorization Tokens: Our system only retains the authorization reference code issued by the acquiring bank as an accounting voucher.
